The structure is not being used. If you have an unused
structure, such as a shed or a garage, that does not receive use and serves no
purpose on your property, you should have it torn down.
It is diminishing the curb-appeal of your home. Nothing ages
a property more than a run-down structure. Also, if you decide to sell your
home, that structure will not be doing you any favors
It is taking up space that could be used for something more
appealing or useful.
The structure is providing a home for unwanted guests. What
better place for mice, possums, skunks, bees, squirrels and other pests to make
a home in than that unused shed on the side of your house.
It poses a danger risk. Some unused structures could literally
be falling apart. If that is the case, you do not want your children or your
pets playing around them or in them.
